Cars 2 Pit Crew Mater 360 Deg Video Turn Around

New information flows from Disney-Pixar on a daily these past few days. Today , you guys are entitled for a first look on Mater's 360 degree turnaround video .

In the now popular tourist destination of Radiator Springs, the rusty old tow truck Mater (Voiced by Larry The Cable Guy) has a number of roles, including proprietor of Tow Mater Towing and Salvage, grand storyteller and the heart and soul of the town. But Mater’s favorite title is best friend to Lightning McQueen. Mater values each and every dent he’s earned on his escapades with Lightning over the years, and anxiously awaits further fun with his friend when Lightning returns with his latest Piston Cup.

Cheerful, honest and loyal to a fault, Mater rushes to his best friend’s defense, which ultimately lands the off-duty Lightning in an international racing exhibition: the World Grand Prix. When Lightning invites Mater to come along as a member of his pit crew, Mater leaves Carburetor County for the first time ever.

Not long after their arrival in Tokyo, Mater learns that the world outside of Radiator Springs is decidedly different and its newfangled ways may take some getting used to. But when he’s mistaken for an American secret agent, he falls into an intriguing adventure of his own. Caught between supporting his best friend on a globe-trotting racing competition and his new role in international espionage, Mater ends up in an explosive chase through the streets of Tokyo and Europe alongside a team of British spies and international bad guys.

The Lenticular Mater With Glow In The Dark Lamp is a unique Disney Cars Chase toys and comes with a hook up lamp that actually glows in the dark. We put the toy into the test and the results are below - very cool.

A few weeks ago Disney released the Unidentified Flying Mater 2 Piece Set which includes the glow in the dark versions of Dr. Abschlepp Wagon & Mator .

Another great Disney Cars Fan Clip - this time to the sound of Carry Underwood's Cowboy Casanova.

"Cowboy Casanova" is the title of a song written by Brett James, Mike Elizondo, and co-written and recorded by American country artist Carrie Underwood. It was officially released on September 14, 2009, and it serves as the lead-off single to her third studio album, Play On, which was released in November via Arista Nashville. She performed "Cowboy Casanova" live on September 17, 2009 after her induction into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame at Muskogee Civic Center, and also at the Grand Ole Opry on October 2, 2009.

On an interview for his Holiday XMAS special on TV : "Larry The Cable Guy's Hula-Palooza Christmas Luau: which airs Friday on CMT , Larry provided some inside information on his Disney Cars 2 role :

Can you tell me anything about what you're doing in "Cars 2?"

Working With John lasseter , Director of Cars

"My lips are sealed! All I can tell you is that we're doing 'Cars 2' and that movie is a blast. The people at Pixar are amazing- and I'm not just saying that because I'm in the movie. Before I started the first one they treated me unbelievable well. They're a blast to work with. They told me we were doing a sequel and now we've already done about four scenes. I'm going back in December for two six-hour sessions so I think in 12 hours we can get about 15 more scenes out. It's just a blast. It's going to be good. I know that much."

Do you go to Pixar to record?

"I do. If they had to, they would fly out to where you are but Pixar's been good to me and I like going out there because I like meeting the people working on it. I feel more comfortable when I know everybody that's working on it. Where they do their work is unbelievable, that campus. I will say this, it almost killed me because I like to get into character and the last time I filmed I put on over 1,700 pounds [Laughs]."

Pickup Truck Mater – Disney Cars Movie rising star

Pickup Mater has done a long way since his part on Disney Cars Movie and is now one of the most favorable animated characters

Mater ,Lightning McQueen's best friend and side kick didn't get much screen time in the Disney Cars movie , however this heart and Soul of Radiator Springs was one of the most popular and adored characters by kids all over the world. Mater's lived in Radiator Springs his whole life. In his younger days, he used to be a real handful around town, playing pranks on everyone, tippin' tractors, saying inappropriate things at the wrong time, but luckily he's matured a lot since then. Mater's a good ol' boy with a big heart and the only tow truck in Radiator Springs. He run's Tow Mater's Towing and Salvage and manages the local impound lot. Though a little rusty, he has the quickest towrope in Carburetor County and is always the first to lend a helping hand and sees the bright side of any situation.

Since the release of the Movie , Mater turned into a shooting star , starring in 3 Cars Toon Shorts (Mater the Greater , Rescue Car Mater and Tokyo Mater) with an additional 3 new Cars toon to be released on ABC Channel starting this Novemeber (Unidentified Flying Mater , Monster Truck Mater , Heavy Metal Mater ).

Mater would also have a main role in the new animated sequel Cars 2 movie , in which he is involved in a case of mistaken identity.
