Disney Cars 2 is Still On Track For Summer of 2011

 Bob Iger - Disney President In the last couple of days there were some rumors that the release Cars 2 was pushed six months to December 2011.During the Disney's first quarter earnings call, Disney's President and Chief Executive officer , Bob Iger , revealed that Cars 2 will be delayed from its planned June 24, 2011 release to December of that same year. This was the third change in the sequel's release date. Today , The studio tells us that Iger's statement during the conference call was actually: "The second installment of Cars, another strong franchise for the company, will hit theaters in the summer of 2011." In other words, the "Cars" sequel is still on track, no delays. In other other words - Disney Cars is still on track for release on time. |
