Another great Disney Cars Fan Clip – this time to the sound of Carry Underwood’s Cowboy Casanova.

“Cowboy Casanova” is the title of a song written by Brett James, Mike Elizondo, and co-written and recorded by American country artist Carrie Underwood. It was officially released on September 14, 2009, and it serves as the lead-off single to her third studio album, Play On, which was released in November via Arista Nashville. She performed “Cowboy Casanova” live on September 17, 2009 after her induction into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame at Muskogee Civic Center, and also at the Grand Ole Opry on October 2, 2009.

The Cheetah Girls were an American girl group created by The Walt Disney Company, and made famous by the eponymous Disney Channel original film and its sequels.
The Cheetah Girls debuted their version of Bobby Troup’s immortal song “Route 66″ while trying to help promote the release of the “Cars” DVD, which came out on Nov. 7. 2006.

Brad Douglas Paisley (born October 28, 1972) is a Grammy Award-winning American country music singer-songwriter and virtuoso country guitarist. His style crosses between traditional country and pop-rock, and his songs are frequently laced with humor and pop culture references.

Paisley is the reigning 2008 CMA and ACM Male Vocalist of the Year winner and one of the most popular acts in country music. Starting with the release of his 1999 album Who Needs Pictures, Paisley has recorded seven studio albums and a Christmas compilation on the Arista Nashville label, with all of his albums certified gold or higher by the RIAA. In addition, he has charted 25 singles on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, 14 of which have reached #1 with a record 10 consecutive singles reaching the top spot on the charts.
Paisley also contributed two original songs to the Disney film Cars. These can be found on the film’s soundtrack. This was in recognition of his contribution to the “Route 66: Main Street America” television special.

“Real Gone” is the title of a song written by Sheryl Crow and John Shanks for the 2006 Pixar Disney Cars movie. Crow’s version of the song the lead-off single to albums official soundtrack to the film.

The song charted to #76 on the Billboard Pop 100 (which has since ceased publication), as well as #1 on the Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100 singles, which is equivalent to #101 on the Billboard Hot 100.

In 2006, American country music band Rascal Flatts covered Life is a Highway song for the Disney/Pixar animated film Cars (originally released by Cochrane). The song sold a large quantity of digital downloads, leading to a top ten peak on the Hot 100. In addition, the cover was placed as a bonus track on later versions of the album Me and My Gang, and also was included on their Greatest Hits Volume 1.

The music video portrays the three band members pulling into a drive-in theater driving three vintage vehicles. The cars are allusive to three characters from the movie: Lightning McQueen, Doc Hudson and Mater. As the projector rolls, scenes from the Disney/Pixar movie Cars are shown as the band plays through the number.
